You can soak a few cotton balls in vanilla extract and place them around the smoky room. You can also add a few drops to a damp rag and wipe down your surfaces, or you can leave one or two tablespoons out in a cup for a few days.

Don’t toss out your old coffee grounds! Instead, lay them out and let them dry.
